Starwood relocating corporate office to Scottsdale Quarter

The Phoenix corporate office of hotel-lodging giant Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide will move to the Scottsdale Quarter before the end of this year. Currently, the 55,000-square feet of office space that’s slated for Starwood is a shell, said Todd Noel, senior vice president of office properties at Colliers International Phoenix, the local broker for the deal. Starwood’s 250 employees will take up the second floor and part of the third floor at 15147 N. Scottsdale Road. The first floor of the building is used as retail space for vendors such as the Apple Store and H&M.
